Cleaning the Flatbed
U s i n g c l e a n i n g p a p e r
m o i s t e n e d w i t h F 1 C l e a n e r
Open the document cover clean:
Document Holding Pad
Document Bed
BEFORE CLEANING
Open the ADF while pressing
the cover open button
Cover Open
Buttons
ADF Cover
Turn the Scanner
Brake Roller
Open the brake roller holder and remove the brake roller before cleaning
ADF Glass Surfaces x 2
Located on the ADF cover and opposite side. Clean lightly.
Pick Roller
Clean lightly taking care not to scratch the surface.
Plastic Rollers x 4
Clean lightly while rotating with your finger. Take care not to roughen the surface.
Paper
Chute
OFF
while cleaning the following locations
Using cleaning paper moistened with F1 Cleaner
