Pressure Oven Accessory - Roasting Basket

Read all instructions in this instruction sheet carefully, and pay attention to Important Safeguards located in your
BROR1000-A4 Manual. The information included in this sheet will help you use your Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven
accessories to their fullest. Remove Basket and wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before placing in the
oven.

Your Basket is ideal for fish, shrimp, French Fries, kebobs, or a variety of other foods that are best contained within the
basket. When using this accessory, it is important that you do not let any excess food hang outside of the basket, or
use foods that could potentially slip through the basket.
2 Your Basket is comprised of two pieces, a basket lid, and the basket itself. To remove the basket lid simply squeeze the
two flexible metal loops located on the basket lid together and lift straight up. The basket lid will completely remove
allowing you to easily place food inside the basket.
3 There are 4 different positions on either side of the basket which allows you to hold food of different thicknesses
securely within the basket assembly.
4 Once your food is placed in the basket select the appropriate basket thickness to secure the food in place and lock the
basket lid into place.
IMPORTANT! Place the DRIP/BAKING PAN on the Baking Rack for the bottom postilion of the Oven to catch any
drippings or crumbs.
5 Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie Rod in the drive socket on right interior wall of the oven.
6 Place the grooved end of the Rod support in the left interior wall of the oven.

Follow the rest of Rotisserie function instruction in the Oven Instruction Manual.

Set the Function to Rotisserie, and temperature, time, and pressure mode according to recipe instructions.
9 When food is done, remove the basket from the oven using the ROTISSERIE REMOVAL TOOL included.
CAUTION! Basket and rod are hot. Use oven mitts when handling to prevent a burn injury.
Wash the Basket in warm soapy water and allow to dry thoroughly. Note: Do not squeeze the basket or store products on
top of it as you can cause it to permanently deform.

normal household use for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse,
abuse, alteration, or lack of proper care. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
