changed by the user via Quick Access, see § 4.12.2 Programming solo- and orchestral voices,
and via the Johannus Menu, see § 5.10 Orchestrals.

Explanation of used terminology:
- The compass of the solo- or orchestral voices is indicated as follows:
First octave organ manual:
Second octave organ manual: tenor octave
Third octave organ manual:
Fourth octave organ manual: treble octave
Fifth octave organ manual:
Highest c (sixth octave):
- Velocity behavior: the way the characteristics of a solo- or orchestral voice
differs by different key velocities.
