Notes on connecting to the
mains water supply
Connection to the mains water
supply should only be carried out by
a qualified and competent person in
strict accordance with national and
local safety regulations.
Disconnect the appliance from the
electricity supply before plumbing it
in. Before connecting the water hose
for the ice cube maker, ensure the
mains tap is completely turned off.
This appliance has to be installed in
accordance with AS/NZS 3500.1
and AS/NZS 3500.2. The water
quality must conform to the
requirements for drinking water in
the country in which the appliance is
being installed.
This appliance meets the requirements
of IEC 61770 and EN 61770.
Use the hoses supplied with the
appliance. Old or used hoses must not
be connected to the appliance.

Mains water connection

All parts for connecting the
appliance to the mains water supply
must comply with the current
national and local safety regulations
in the country in which the appliance
is being installed.
The appliance must only be
connected to a cold water pipe that
– is directly connected to the fresh
water mains in order to ensure
sufficient circulation and therefore
good water quality.
Avoid using a water inlet in which
the water is allowed to pool. This
can affect the taste of water and ice
cubes.
