The burner is filled with a high heat ceramic fiber. Do not remove the ceramic fiber from inside the burner. Use only a recommended Ventless Fireplace Fuel like “Nu-Flame Bio-Ethanol Fuel”. Make certain the sliding dampener on the burner slides easily back and forth and is completely open prior to filling. Make certain the burner is clean and free of dirt or packing debris.
Fire. 1. PLACEMENT OF NU-FLAME FIREPLACE: This fireplace will use oxygen from the air inside the room where it is operated. The rooms should be well ventilated with enough oxygen and fresh air being supplied (i.e. slightly open windows if room is not vented).

Cleaning & Care 1. EXTERIOR: Clean the exterior or body of your Nu-Flame Fireplace with damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. 2. GLASS: Clean the glass with a glass cleaner or damp paper towel and wipe dry. Do not use harsh chemicals.
