Cleaning of the air filter - VULCANO-TIMANFAYA models
1 Loosen and remove the A wing nut
2 Lift the filter cover
3 Loosen and remove the B wing nut
4 Remove the filtering cartridge
5 Separate the sponge from the paper
filter.
6 Only clean the sponge pre-filter in a
soap and water solution. Allow it to dry
completely.
7 Dip the dry sponge pre-filter in oil,
the same type used in the generator
engine.
8 Drain by pressing the sponge pre-
filter with your hand.
9 Now shake the paper filter against a
hard surface, you can also clean it
with an air compressor (maximum 2
BAR).
10 Once the paper filter is clean, mount the sponge pre-filter on the paper filter and
assemble the complete and clean filter on the machine by following the same
steps used for disassembly.
