GETTING TO KNOW YOUR RADIO-QUICK START

CONTROLS

A. Antenna
B. Power/Volume
Turn clockwise to turn the power on
and increase the volume level.
Turn counter-clockwise to decrease the
volume level and turn the power off.
C. LED Indicator
Solid Red indicates TX
Solid Green indicates RX
Flashing Red indicates low battery
Flashing Green indicates Scan on

E. Call/Menu
Single press to send a call alert,
press and hold to activate menu.
F. Weather/Keypad lock
Single press to listen to the weather,
press and hold to lock the keypad.
G. Microphone
H. Channel or Menu Up
I. Channel or Menu Down
J. PTT (Push-To-Talk)
Press and hold to transmit voice communication.
K. Speaker
L. Side Key, Scan/Monitor On/Off
M. Accessory Speaker/Mic Jack
