POSSíVEL CAUSA
Reduced discharge pressure.
Insufficient thermal load.
Refrigerant lack.
Low evaporator water flow.
Insufficient refrigerant supply in the
evaporator.
Excessive thermal load.
Defective compressor.
Compressor runs at reversed rotation.
Defective cold water connections.
Obstructed condensate draining.
Improper installation of the draining lines.
Noisy compressor.
Vibrations in the refrigerant or
condensation water piping.
Panels or metallic parts not properly
fastened.
Dryer filter with restricted passage.
The expansion valve accepts excessive
refrigerant.
PROCEDIMENTO
* See item 7.
* Check design conditions.
* Check and fix leaks. Add refrigerant if
required.
* Check water flow stopcocks in the
evaporator.
* Check setting of the cold water pump
stopcock.
* Check cold water filter.
* Check obstructions in the dryer filter or
in the lines. Replace or correct.
* Check expansion valve obstructions.
Replace if necessary.
* Check the position of the expansion
valve bulb, and equalizer tube. Fix
according to manufacturer specifications.
* Check solenoid valve operation.
* Check design conditions.
* Check suction and discharge
pressures. Replace if necessary.
* Check suction and discharge
pressures. In case, reversion is detected,
invert the terminal power cables.
* Check and correct.
* Check and clean condensate trays and
drains.
* Check connections and siphons.
Correct if necessary.
* Check expansion valve setting.
Check internal noises. Replace if
required.
Check correct phase sequence.
* Check and correct.
* Check and fix.
* Remove restrictions and/or replace the
dryer filters.
* Fix the expansion valve.
