Bluetooth hands-free system allows
you to make or receive a call without
taking your hands off the steering
wheel by connecting your cellular
phone.
This system supports
®
Bluetooth is a wireless data system
by which you can call without your
cellular phone being connected with a
cable or placed on a cradle.
The operating procedure of the system
is explained in this section.
WARNING
• Use a cellular phone or connect the

Bluetooth phone only when safe and
legal to do so.
• Your audio unit is fitted with Bluetooth
antennas. People
cardiac pacemakers,
resynchronization therapy-pacemakers
or implantable cardioverter defibrillators
should maintain a reasonable distance
between themselves and the Bluetooth
antennas. The radio waves may affect
the operation of such devices.
• Before using Bluetooth
