Lid switch

(See fig. 6A-B)
To 2007.10
1. Dismantle the roof and turn it to the side.
2. Remove the old switch and the lid switch holder.
3. Assemble the new lid switch holder (A) but do not tigh-
ten the screws.
4. Assemble the new switch (B) pls see picture below.
5. Open the lid and connect a buzzer to the switch. Fas-
ten (screw) the switch until the buzzer is quiet. Give
the screw one additional turn and fasten it with the nut.
6. Close the lid.
7. Turn the lid switch holder so that the bar lies in the
middle of the shaft's slot. Make sure that holder lies in
the center of the lid shaft and fasten it.
8. Open the lid. Check that the switch disconnects (the
buzzer becomes silent) when the lid is opened. The
opening between the lid and the pan must not be more
then 40 mm. If not, repeat point 7 again.
9. Connect the wire W108 on the relay No. J9 2 and 3.

1. Remove the old switch and the lid switch holder.
2. Assemble the new lid switch holder (A), the plate cam
(B) and switch(C), please see picture below.
3. Check that the shaft (D) not will have any axial slack-
ness.
4. Connect a buzzer to the switch.
5. Open the lid. Check that the switch disconnects (the
buzzer becomes silent) when the lid is opened.
6. The opening between the pan and the lid must not be
more than 40 mm. If not, adjust with the screws (E).
