OMG-100T can't hear his own voice.

Make sure the headphone and the microphone are plugged correctly in the player.
Make sure TALK mode is set preferably.
If above solutions can't solve the problem, return the player to your supplier.

OMG-100R can't hear OMG-100T

Make sure selected channel on both OMG-100T and OMG-100R is same.
Make sure OMG-100R is in the operation range of OMG-100T.
Interference might potentially happen. Being away from other tours and return to yours.
If above solutions can't solve the problem, return the player to your supplier.
There is no track in the folder.
The track does not exist.
An error happens to SD card in the player. Restart the player or press reset key
back side.
If this error still exists, return the player to your supplier.
The wireless communication fails if "- -" shows up. Return the player to your supplier.
The battery is running low. Return the player to the counter for recharging immediately.
Alarm will also be activated when this screen shows up. Return the player to the counter for
alarm release.
To mute the player temporarily (alarm screen is still on), press both
simultaneously.
Alarm can be released via Loop Controller LT-200+ or chargers/uploaders.
To charge the player via an uploading cable directly, press # button after it's been connected
with PC. When symbol
shows up on the screen, the player is being charged now.
