⑤ At the Silent mode, adjust Silent mode let-off.
・ Make sure to disengage the Silent mechanism and pull out the action.
・ Lift the hammer shanks so they lean toward the front of the keys.
・ Rotate the adjustment screw of regulating rod between the repetition levers to
adjust (Fig.16).
・ Adjustment hint : Silent mode let-off 3mm per 1 turn of screw.
・ Insert the action, engage the Silent mechanism and confirm Silent mode let-off.
・ At this point, make sure that 2 small jacks' knobs are contacting the regulating
button and regulating rod almost simultaneously.
If this simultaneous contact is drastically different, check the following parts.
※ Hammer shank stopping position
※ Normal hammer let-off measurement
※ Silent mode let-off measurement
If the small jack's knob [A] and regulating button contact is earlier in the Silent mode,
there will be a negative effect with the touch. Please be aware.
⑥ Return the hammer drop to the original position.
・ Make sure to disengage the Silent mechanism and pull out the action.
・ Return the increased hammer drop to the original position (2-point matching).
・ Insert the action and connect the connector (Fig.6).
