    TCP/IP network protocol. ESB5001/5004 belongs to the EthIR LAN product line which contains single port ESB101/301/3011b/1000 and multi-port ESB208/216/608 early models. ESB5001 is equipped with one USB IR ports, while ESB5004 is equipped with four USB IR ports, and two 10/100 Base-T one for uplink and one for PC.
