10. Anomalies and Remedies
Anomalies
The display of the con-
trollers Dixell XR50CX
and XR77CX show
"HA2" warning.
Wurm CRA controller
display shows "COH" or
"CSd" warning.
Alarm sound of the con-
troller.
The display of the con-
trollers Dixell XR50CX
and XR77CX show "P1",
"P2", "P3" or "P4" warn-
ing.
Wurm CRA controller
display shows "PR1",
"PR2" or "PR3" warning.
Condensation on the
glass.
Presence of water on the
floor.
Presence of condensa-
tion on the cabinet.
The refrigerated cabinet
is noisy.
In case of cabinet failure to service, its displayed products must be placed adequate temperature cold-room.
If it is not possible to identify or solve the anomaly, request the intervention of a qualified technician by contacting the
service centre or your retailer.

Causes
Obstructed or dirty condenser.
Defective probe.
The environmental conditions of the store are not
suitable.
Refrigerated cabinet in defrosting phase.
Products not loaded correctly. Refrigerated air
grills obstructed.
Acrylic glass air baffles of air intake and air outlet
are installed incorrectly or are inverted.
The environmental conditions of the store are not
suitable.
Improper ventilation of the condensing unit.
Obstructed or dirty condenser.
Obstructed or dirty condenser.
Cabinet is not levelled.
Remedies
Clean the condenser. See "7.6 and 7.7 Cleaning
the condenser". If the problem continues, switch
off the refrigerated cabinet and call Technical Sup-
port.
Call Technical Support.
See "5.1 Positioning the refrigerated cabinet".
Activate the demisting fan if any (the accessory is
available in some models).
Wait for the end of defrosting phase. See "8.6
defrosting".
Re-arrange the products. Remove the obstacles
from the refrigerate air grills. Refer to chapter 6
"Loading and using the refrigerated cabinet".
Reposition correctly the air baffles.
See "5.1 Positioning the refrigerated cabinet".
Remove the obstacles along the external perime-
ter of the base. Make a reference to "5.1 Position-
ing the refrigerated cabinet".
Clean the condenser. See "7.6 and 7.7 Cleaning
the condenser". If the problem continues, switch
off the refrigerated cabinet and call Technical Sup-
port.
Clean the condenser. See "7.6 and 7.7 Cleaning
the condenser". If the problem continues, switch
off the refrigerated cabinet and call Technical Sup-
port.
Adjust the feet/supports. See "5.3 Adjusting feet/
supports".
