Zone types for sensors
To reduce false alarms, it is possible to set the sensors in
one of the following 5 zone types:
1.
Normal: The alarm will only work when it is in "Armed"
and "Home" mode, and will not work when unarmed.
2.
Exit: The sensors set up in this type of zone will activa-
te the alarm system when it is triggered during "Armed"
mode, but will not activate it when in "Home" and "Di-
sarmed" modes.
3.
Smart: Sensors set on this type of zone will activate the
alarm system only when it is triggered a second time wi-
thin 30 seconds and when the alarm system is in "Armed"
and "Home" modes.
Emergency: Sensors set in this zone type will activate the alarm system when triggered in "Armed",
4.
"Disarmed" and "Home" modes.
Close: It doesn't matter if the alarm system is in "Armed", "Disarmed" or "Home" modes, the sensors
5.
set in this type of zone will not activate the alarm even if they are triggered.
Alarm setup from the main unit
It is possible to add the accessories to the alarm system through the main unit following these steps:
1.
Remote controls:
a.
Press the reset button (CDDE) on the main unit once, the SOS light will turn on and the voice assistant
will say "adding remote control".
b.
Press any button on the remote control until you hear the message "added successful".
c.
Repeat the previous step to add the second remote control.
d.
Once the controls have been added, wait 30 to 40 seconds for the alarm to exit the setup mode.
e.
To remove the remote controls, press the reset button (CDDE) once to enter the controls setting mode,
then press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds until you hear the "beep" twice.
