A lamp at output Q0.5 is to be switched on
as soon as S1 at input I0.0 is momentarily
closed.
If S1 (I0.0) is closed again, Q0.5 and the
lamp are to go off.
Whenever switch S1 is operated, Q0.5 is to
change its state.
This is a "pulse-operated switch".
Output Q0.5 is always to invert its current
state when the switch at I0.0 changes from
"open" to "closed".
If the switch remains closed or open, no
output change occurs.
