Your FirstScope 90 AZ includes: optical tube w/
tube rings attached; pre-assebled tripod with center
support bracket; two eyepieces; StarPointer
finderscope; two slow motion cables; star diagonal;
accessory tray; documentation including an
owner's manual, The Sky™ CD Software.

All three legs should be the same length to
provide a level platform for the telescope.

Before mounting the tube, remove the two
wingnuts on the tube rings.

To set up the tripod, spread the legs outward
until they are fully extended. Extend the center
portion of each of the three tripod legs down 6-
8".

Place the accessory tray on top of tripod's
center leg brace. Thread the tray into the
threaded hole in the center of the leg brace.

Place the tube on the mount by lining up the
screws with the mounting holes on the mount.
Replace the wingnuts on the tube rings to
secure tube to mount.

Use the three tightening screws located at the
bottom of each leg to secure the extended legs
in place.

Properly assembled, the accessory tray should
appear as pictured above.

Locate the StarPointer finderscope. Remove
the knurled nuts on the threaded posts at the
focuser end of the telescope tube.
