- When cooking meat, chicken and vegeta-
bles always put meat in the lower bowl to
avoid the red meat juice getting into other
products.
- Cooking time of products in the upper
bowl is usually longer by 5 minutes.
- When cooking products with different
cooking time, put the products that are
cooked longer to the lower bowl. When
the products in upper bowl are cooked,
you can remove it and close the lower
bowl with Lid and continue cooking prod-
ucts in this bowl.
CLEANING
• Before cleaning turn off the Steam cook-
er, disconnect it from the mains and wait
until it cools down completely.
• It is prohibited to immerse power cord,
power plug and Steam cooker into water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents when
cleaning steam bowls, tray, upper Lid and
body of the Steam cooker.
• It is recommended to wash the steam
bowls, bowl for rice cooking, drain tray
and Lid in warm water with dishwashing
agents. Dishwasher may be used if "soft"
mode for dishwashing is selected.
• Remove and wash the mesh filter (11).
• Wipe the body with a damp cloth.
• Wash steam bowls regularly.
REMOVING SCALING
After 2-3 months of using the unit, scale may
be formed on the heating coil of the Steam
cooker. It is a natural process; it depends on
the hardness of water used. It is necessary
to remove scale regularly for normal opera-
tion of the Steam cooker.
• Fill the water tank with vinegar till the МАХ
mark. IMPORTANT: Do not use the scale
removers.

• Set the tray (6), one steam bowl (1, 2 or
3), close it with the Lid (5) and switch on
the Steam cooker for 20-25 minutes.
ATTENTION! If vinegar pours out over the
edges of the tank then turn off the Steam
cooker and with care pour some liquid out.
• Upon completing the timer operation turn
off the Steam cooker, wait until it cools
down completely before removing vin-
egar.
• Rinse the tank with cold water, fill it with
water again, set the tray (6), one steam
bowl (1, 2 or 3), close it with the Lid (5)
and switch on the Steam cooker for 5 min-
utes.
• Turn off the Steam cooker, wait until it
cools down completely, pour out water,
dry the tray, steam bowl, Lid and keep
stored until the next usage.
FOOD COOKING TIME AND RECIPES
• Time of cooking depends on the size of
products, free space in the bowl, fresh-
ness and personal taste.
• Time of cooking is indicated with the view
to the lower bowl, products in the upper
bowl are cooked longer approximately by
5 minutes.
• Depending on small or large amount of
products, increase or decrease the time
of products cooking accordingly.
VEGETABLES
• Cut off the thick stalks of broccoli cab-
bage or thick stalks of cauliflower.
• Cook green leaf vegetables for the short-
est time possible – they lose color quick-
ly.
• Add salt and spices after cooking.
• Frozen vegetables are not required to de-
frost before cooking in the Steam cooker.
