Remove the bottom panel by turning it left.

Connect the power adapter DC inlet to the 12V DV In of the
EZ Repeater and the power adapter to an electrical outlet.
The device is ready for configuring when the left and right LEDs
(Power and Wireless) are lit. This may take about 30 seconds.
