  • Page 2 POW30546 HAMMER DRILL 1200W POW30546 1 APPLICATION The hammer drill can be universally used for hammer drilling and chiselling in stone and concrete. It is not designed for commercial use. WARNING! For your own safety, read this manual and general safety instructions carefully before using the appliance.

The term "power tool" in the safety warnings refers to your mains- operated (corded) power tool or battery- operated (cordless) power tool.

Using such devices can reduce dust-related hazards. Power tool use and care  Do not expect the power tool to do more than it can. Use the correct power tool for what you want to do.
  • Page 5 POW30546  Chisel bits and drill bits may be flung out of the machine accidentally and cause serious injury:  Before starting to work, always check that the chisel or drill bit is properly locked in the chuck.  Never start up a hammer tool until it is pressed against a workplace (wall, ceiling, etc.).
  • Page 6 POW30546 Dust collection device (Fig 6) Before carrying out hammer-drilling work vertically overhead pull dust collecting device over the drill bit. Hammer stop  Your hammer drill is equipped with a hammer stop facility for smooth drilling.  To deactivate the hammer action, turn the lever switch clockwise to position.
