1.1 Product Functions

• File sorting: In light of the situations of conference, the files can be sorted out by
PPT, PDF, WORD, EXCEL, audio, video, picture and all types. You can directly
open a file by clicking the corresponding file icon. The external projector or large-
screen display equipment (both VGA and HDMI ports) can be supported, so as to
play high-definition picture/video and explain the contents of file more smoothly.
• Video conference:
① Multi-person high-definition video call: noise and echo suppression, reverberation
elimination, 360° omnidirectional sound collection, 1080P high-definition picture
quality, and supporting up multi-person online at the same time.
② Data sharing: The contents displayed on desktop can be shared through desktop
sharing; the meeting or discussion can be held via electronic whiteboard.
③ Interaction: During conference, the participants can carry out written
communication via chat box, and can also carry out private conversation with each
other.
④ Conference management: The presider can effectively manage the process of
conference, including designating the patrol display on video window, setting the
conference administrator, cancelling the speech right of participants, muting the
whole conference and kicking off any participant.
• Commercial interpretation: This device supports the real-time face-to-face
simultaneous interpretation function, and supports 60 languages; it supports
several sound input modes, has powerful voice identification ability, responses
quickly and carries out translation accurately.
• Amplification function: The high-fidelity professional loudspeaker is adopted,
the anti-burst treatment is carried out for high pitch, and the low pitch is also
enhanced appropriately; while the sound quality is perfectly balanced, the sound
beyond imagination will be released.
