4.3 Montage av följarna
Efter stolparna har monterats är det bra att fästa
skarvrören i monteringsriktningen på följarna
med 2 till 3st M16-bult med flänsmutter för att
lättare placera nästa följare.
Fäst sedan följaren mot stolparna, ett hål i
stolpen monteras med ett fästkit bestående av
M12x40, mutterbricka och låsbricka.
För in mutterbrickan med muttersidan in i hålet
på följaren och vrid så att den plana klacken
pekar i trafikriktningen. Sen skjut in
stabiliseringsbrickan längs med mutterbrickan för
att låsa fast de två innan följaren lyfts och
skruvas fast mot stolpen.
När följarna har fästs mot de avsedda stolparna,
2st varje 6 meter, så upprepas proceduren med
efterliggande följare. Den efterliggande följaren
förs över det förmonterade skarvröret och
fixeras med 2 alternativt 3st M16-bult med
flänsmutter.
Den glipa som uppstår mellan navföljarna vid
skarvarna varierar beroende på temperaturen
vid montage och ska vara mellan 2-6mm. Fullt
hopslagna, 0mm glipa, får inte förekomma
intilliggande varandra vid installations tillfället.
Länken bestående av en M12 gängstång och 4st
M12 muttrar monteras i skarvrören när följarna
har fästs mot stolparna.
Sprängskiss över infästning av navfäljare mot
stolpe, samt snittvy av en monterad skrav.

4.3 Installing the longitudinal elements
After the posts have been mounted, it is good to
fasten the joints in the mounting direction onto
the followers. Fix 2 to 3pcs of M16 bolts with
flange nut for easier assembly of the next
element.
Then install one longitudinal element at a time to
the post with a fastening kit consisting of
M12x40, Nut-washer and Lock-washer. Insert the
nut side of the nut-washer into the hole on the
element and turn so that the flat section of it
points in the traffic direction and slide the lock
washer onto it to lock the two in place. Lift the
element, still holding nut- and lock washer, and
attach it to the post using the M12 bolt.
When the element has been secured against the
posts, 2pcs per 6 meters, the procedure is
repeated with next element. The next element is
slid over the pre-assembled joint tube and is
fixed with a 2 or 3pcs M16 bolt with flange nut.
The gap that occurs in between two longitudinal
elements varies depending on the installation
temperature and shall normally be between 2-
6mm. Fully closed, 0mm gap, may not be
followed by other closed gaps.
The link consisting of an M12 threaded rod and
4pcs M12 nuts is mounted in the joints tubes
when the element is secured against the posts.
