Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
Within the limit of the applicable law permit, this limited warranty can replace any other warranties
and responsibilities of Vertu, no matter that they are verbal, written, (non-obligatory) statutory, or
tortious, which include but not limited to any implied conditions, warranties or other terms relating
to satisfactory quality or fitness for use. However, this limited warranty does not exclude or limit: i)
your legal rights under applicable law; ii) any rights you have against the seller of the product.
Vertu assures you (the purchaser of this product): During the warranty period, Vertu or Vertu
authorized service companies will repair the product in accordance with this limited warranty,
or replace the product if Vertu deems it necessary (unless otherwise provided by law), so as to
correct defects in materials, design and craft of the product free of charge within a commercially
reasonable period of time.
Warranty Period
Warranty period starts from the date that the first end user purchases the product. Different
individual products and parts in the complete mobile phone may be applicable for different
warranty periods. These potentially different warranty periods are as follows:
a.
For mobile phones and their internal stationary batteries, the warranty period is twelve (12)
months.
b.
If they are batteries not listed in a) (either the replaceable batteries included in the mobile
phone sales package, the internal stationary batteries replaced within the warranty period
or the batteries sold separately), the warranty period is six (6) months.
c.
For all other electronic accessories not listed above, including charger, USB cable, data
cable, earphone, bluetooth earphone, voice box, and power bank, the warranty period is
twelve (12) months; for all other non-electronic accessories not listed above, the warranty
period is six (6) months.
The Way to Acquire Guaranteed Service
If you want to lodge a claim under this limited warranty, please return your product or the
affected parts (if not the whole product) to Vertu authorized service companies. For more details
on how to lodge a claim, you can call the Vertu Customer Service Center (there may be domestic
telephone charges or extra charges). Information on Vertu authorized service companies and call
centers can be found in the sales package or on the local website of Vertu.
Any claim under this limited warranty must be notified to Vertu or Vertu authorized service
companies within a reasonable time after your notice of the defect, and in no case shall the time
be later than the expiration date of the warranty period.
In the event of a claim under this limited warranty, you will be requested to provide: a. product (or
affected parts) and b. original proof of purchase, which should clearly state the seller's name and
address, date and place of purchase, product type and IMEI or other serial numbers.
