Troubleshooting
1. The air purifier does not turn on
Check that the power cord is plugged into both the power
•
outlet and the electrical outlet.
If you've checked the power cord and the device will not turn
•
on, see Chapter 4.5, replacing the power connector fuse.
2. A whistling or whining sound
Check that the pre- and main filters are firmly in place. Follow
•
the instructions for replacing the main filter up to removing the
filter.
If experiencing other issues, contact UniqAir Customer Service.
o If replacing the fuse does not solve the problem,
contact UniqAir Customer Service.
