1 - GET KNOW YOUR PRODUCT
1.1 SAE 1020 steel body coated with epoxy painting.
1.2 304 steel rotary tub.
1.3 Monoblock flange like bearings and self-compensating rollers on central shaft. Cast
iron bearings with conical rollers on kneading traction and on tub.
1.4 Compensating system for clearances caused by daily use.
1.5 SAE 1020 steel gears with ASA 60 tempered steel chains.
1.6 Electronic timer for independent programs for first and second speeds respectively.
1.7 Automatic speed change.
2 - BECAREFUL WHEN INSTALING THE EQUIPMENT
2.1 Install it on a flat surface.
2.2 Before plugging your equipment to power supply, be sure that the voltage indicated is
the same of the one provided at your establishment. (220/380V).
2.3 Your triphase AE 80 kneading machine is provided with a 2-speed motor that cannot
suffer any changes in its voltage.
3 - LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR AE 80
3.1
Press ON/OFF switch.
3.2
Program time for operation:
3.2.1
To adjust S 1 time programming, press key T2 briefly and
arrow keys + / -.
3.2.2
To adjust S 2 time programming, press key T2 briefly again and adjust using
arrow keys + / -. To exit program and save data, press T2 one more time.
3.2.3
To turn the equipment ON / OFF, just press the key.
3.3
Add flour and dry products with the machine ON at its first speed.
3.4
Add water according to your recipe and wait until 2nd speed is activated.
3.5
Use ice-cold water.
3.6
Kneader and tub should both rotate clockwise..
4 - CLEANING
4.1
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure it has been unplugged from power supply.
4.2
Use only a humid cloth to clean it.
5 - MAINTANENCE
5.1
To lubricate the equipment, remove both screws from lower base lid.
