    If a control panel, other than the CD Advisor ® range or CS350 is used, the keypad can be removed after programming. The latest series of TD800 diallers is based on Aritech’s successful RD62 series. The RD-diallers receive alarm messages from the control panel in SIA format. For example: BA01 for an burglar alarm in zone 1 or FA02 for a fire alarm in zone 2.

    3.4 Report options 3.4.1 Destination telephone number for reporting Each event can be reported to any combination of the six central station telephone numbers. If no tel- ephone number is programmed for a certain event, the event is not reported. 3.5 Protocol options There are a number of parameters that may be set for each central station protocol, these settings are configured in this menu.

    3.6.4 Manual test This option is used to send a test call manually to one of the programmed Central Station telephone numbers station. Scroll down to the desired number and press to start the transmission. Call progress messages are displayed on the keypad during the test. Voice always sends message 5 during a manual- test call.

    If it is accepted, the engineer’s keypad takes control of the site's alarm system. If the account has a TD8403/TD8412, all the telephone numbers can be changed. If the site has a TD8803/TD8812 all the programmable options of the dialler, and the Aritech control panel, if attached, can be altered. The engineer log of the control panel can also be read.
