There are several ways to cancel a print job in progress:

While a job is printing, press the R R E E S S U U M M E E / / C C A A N N C C E E L L
button on the printer. The print job will be cancelled
and the paper ejected.

When a job is printing on the S500, a print status
dialog box displays on your screen.
Click C C a a n n c c e e l l at any time while this dialog box is
open to cancel the current print job. The print job
will be cancelled and the paper ejected.

1. Click S S t t a a r r t t , then S S e e t t t t i i n n g g s s , then P P r r i i n n t t e e r r s s .
2. Right-click C C a a n n o o n n S S 5 5 0 0 0 0 , then click
P P r r o o p p e e r r t t i i e e s s .
3. Select the M M a a i i n n t t e e n n a a n n c c e e tab, then click the
S S t t a a r r t t S S t t a a t t u u s s M M o o n n i i t t o o r r button.
4. Click C C a a n n c c e e l l P P r r i i n n t t i i n n g g .
The print job will be cancelled and the paper
ejected.

The print job will be cancelled and the paper ejected.
