• Allow the solvent to work for about 10 minutes.
• Program the oven to steam for 20 minutes, and activate.
• Wipe away the grease and residue with a cloth or paper towel. The operator may also spray the
cooking chamber clean with the optional hose.
Cleaning of the outside of the oven;
Never use a jet of water or the hose to clean any external part of the oven. Stainless steel cleaner or a mild
detergent and a cloth are all you will ever need to keep the outside of your oven in "Like New" condition.
IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION;
If there is a mechanical or electrical problem, turn off the oven immediately.
• disconnect the electrical power supply.
• consult a service center authorized by Cadco, Ltd.
