6 Commissioning
3 Move the front side of the gas nozzle (3) against the thrust ring (4).
Move the welding torch further down to activate the injection pulse.
4 The amount of anti-spatter fluid per injection pulse can be increased or decreased by turning the adjusting screw (8).
The anti-spatter fluid's residual oil from the injection unit is collected in the return flow bottle (6) and can be reused once any
dirt particles have been removed.

NOTICE
• Note the max. stroke movement for spraying.
• The max. stroke travel (traverse movement of the welding torch) should not exceed 6 mm.
• We recommend a maximum injection pulse of 3 s.
The injection pulse is reset when moving out of the injection unit.
• It only takes a small amount of anti-spatter fluid to achieve the desired effect.

You can also activate the injection unit manually via the cover (9) to set the anti-spatter fluid dosage.
1 An injection pulse is activated by lightly pressing down on the cover (9).
2 You can assess the amount of the atomized anti-spatter fluid by the produced spray mist. The injection pulse should be
activated for max. 2 sec.
3 The amount of anti-spatter fluid per injection pulse can be increased or decreased by turning the adjusting screw (8).
