Assembly Assembling Base to Column 1.) Locate one Base (part #1) and one Column (part #9). 2.) Install two bolts (part #10) and two washers (part #11) through the Column fl ange and into the Base. 3.) Add two washers (part #11) and two hex nuts (part #12) to the bolts underneath the Base. -
