The instructions contained in this handbook shall carefully be read, as they report
important indications regarding the installation, use and maintenance safety..
This handbook shall be kept for any further consultation by the different users.
After removing the packing, check the machine integrity. If there should be any doubts,
do not utilize the machine and contact skilled personnel. Before connecting the machine,
assure that the plate data correspond to the ones belonging to the power supply: the plate
reporting the technical data is placed on the right-hand side and contains all the necessary
data for the installation.
The machine shall only be utilized by skilled personnel. Before carrying out any cleaning
or maintenance procedures, disconnect the machine from the power supply. Disconnect
the machine in case of troubles or malfunction. For possible repairs, only contact a
technical authorized service and ask for original spare parts.
The non-compliance with the above mentioned instructions could jeopardize the machine
safety.
All the installation procedures shall only be carried out by skilled personnel and in
compliance with the rules in force.
The electrical safety of this machine is assured, when the machine is correctly connected
with an effective earthing , as per the electric safety rules in force. It is necessary to verify
this substantial safety requirement, if there are any doubts, require a careful checking of
the machine by skilled personnel.
The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility for possible damages due to a lack of
earthing.
The noise emission of the machine is lower than 85 dB (A).
1 - INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINES
THE AS/T MACHINE CAN BE INSTALLED AS FOLLOWS:
A) on a support already at the user's premises; in this case, the face shall be able to
bear the machine weight.
Moreover, you shall consider the ergonomic rules.
B) On supports having a capacity exceeding 80 kgs. Remove the packing and set up
in the utilization place, considering that:
The machine shall be installed on a perfectly horizontal surface: if there are non-
flatnesses, they shall be eliminated screwing and unscrewing the adjustable
supporting feet
WARNING: Before starting the machine, assure that the bell is positioned in a correct
way: the disk shall absolutely not touch the lower part of the bell (TABLE A), for
adjusting the distance see chapter 4... (replacement of the bell)
