 Lift the hood and place it underneath
the wall unit and run the power cord
through the floor of the cabinet.
 Use the self-tapping screws
(provided) to attach the hood from
the inside of the cabinet.
Attachment from below
As described previously, Miele
recommends the attachment from
above. Should it not be possible to
proceed with the attachment from
above, the hood can also be mounted
to the cabinet's floor from below.
The provided screws are intended for
the attachment of the hood to a solid
wooden cabinet floor with a
minimum thickness of ⁵/₈" (16 mm).
Ensure the floor can permanently
support the applied load.
 Lift the hood underneath the wall unit.
 Insert the wood screws (provided)
into the guide plugs and attach the
hood to the cabinet floor.
