Troubleshooting
• Won't turn on
o Is there enough water in the tank?
- Add water in the tank.
o Is the unit getting power?
- Disconnect, check cables and re-connect carefully.
o Is your smartphone correctly paired?
- Go through the pairing process again to ensure proper connection.
• Low or no mist output
o Try setting the mist output higher from the App.
o Not enough/too much water?
- Add a suitable amount of water to the tank; water must never be filled
over the 350 ml (Max) mark.
o Dirty Sonic Cloud + plate?
- Clean the Sonic Cloud + plate according to the maintenance instructions.
o Dirty air filter?
- Clean the air filter with a soft cloth on the underside of the unit.
• Water leaking
o The top cover and inner cover may not be secured properly. Please check and
re-install them.
o Low temperature or high humidity?
- In these conditions the mist may condense quickly into water droplets.
