This product does not include a collar. You may wish to use a collar to secure your bubble tube
to the wall. The collar 15192 is appropriate for these bubble tubes.
This product cannot be used with an Interactive (round 5 button) Switch Box 17274 to make the
Bubble Tube interactive.

ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the plastic base cover from the base unit. The bubble tube column needs to be fitted
to the base unit using the four screws provided.
2. Remove protective plastic film from the bottom of the Bubble Tube column.
3. Attach the brown plastic pipe, which is already attached to one of the pumps, to the bottom of
the Bubble Tube column. Note: The tube enters by 20mm.
4. Locate the black wire inside the bubble tube column. Connect the two plastic plugs at the
end of the wire to the corresponding sockets on the tray in the base.
5. The base cover needs to be fitted and fixed with the screws provided (unless the bubble tube
is to be used inside a Cushioned Platform).
6. Place the Bubble Tube in its final position as it cannot be moved when full. The Bubble Tube
should now be placed on a stable, level surface in preparation to be filled with water. If the
surface is not flat, the pumps are likely to create more noise than a gentle background
'humming'.
7. Fill with clean water carefully (avoiding the UV tube) until the required level is achieved. This
should be approximately 2" from the top of the tube. The water level will rise when filled with
water. Approximate amount of water required: 40 litres. Make sure that the jug or bucket you
are using to fill the tube is also clean.
8. Pour in a little of the UV fluid and put in the UV responsive beads.
