IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
Read all instructions before using and keep for future reference.
1.
Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label.
2.
Make sure the outlet is properly grounded.
3.
Keep the device away from sources of humidity, heat and direct sunlight.
4.
To protect against fire, electrical shock and injury do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or other liquids.

This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or those who lack

experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
This device must never be used by children. Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out by an adult.

Keep the device away from children.

Do not use the device if its power cord or plug is damaged, or in case of any other malfunction.

10. If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by manufacturer service or a qualified technician to avoid harm.
11. Turn the device off before unplugging. Always unplug the device after use.
12. Unplug the device before carrying or cleaning.
13. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands, because it might cause electrical shock.

15. If during operation of the device an unusual noise or smell appears, immediately turn it off and unplug it.

the unit to cool down for 60 minutes, plug it back in and turn it back on.
17. If the automatic overheating protection turns off the device often, contact customer service.
18. When using an extension lead please ensure you do not exceed the maximum rated running wattage / load
of the extension lead.
19. When unplugging the device, hold by the plug, not the cord.
20. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
21. The appliance is not intended to be controlled by an external timer or separate remote-control system.
22. Never use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, because it might cause the device to operate
improperly, damage it, or cause harm.
23. Do not put fingers or any other body parts into the grinding chamber or the outlet port during operation of the device.
The supplied food pusher is to be used to feed products into the grinding chamber.
24. Unplug the device before installing or removing accessories.
25. Use the device for a maximum of 5 minutes at a time. Allow the unit to cool down for 10 minutes between each
5-minute use.
26. Do not use the device to grind bones, nuts, or other hard objects.
27. Before grinding, meat must be cleaned of bones, tendons and fat, and cut into pieces of around 2 x 2 x 10 cm in size.
Do not use frozen meat.
28. If the unit is clogged, set the switch to the "REV" position until it clears.
29. Do not limit airflow underneath the grinder.
30. Do not wash any parts of the device in a dishwasher.
31. Only use the device for its intended purposes.
32. Do not leave the device unattended when turned on.
33. The device is not intended for outdoor use.
34. This appliance is intended for household use only, on dry surfaces. Any other use is considered inappropriate
and dangerous.
35. The manufacturer does not accept liability for damage resulting from failure to follow the instruction sheet.
