b) SD card recording during flight

• To make recordings you need to insert a Micro SD card (not
included) into the Micro SD card slot at the bottom of the
quadrocopter. Please make sure that you insert the SD card
correctly to avoid possible damage to both components.
• See illustration Fig. 10 for the position of Micro SD card slot.
• Please observe the Micro SD card specifications as per
"Technical data".
• To take a picture momentarily press the camera button (5)
at the transmitter, a momentary led lighting system flashing
indicate you that photography was successful.
• To start recording a video, press and hold the camera button
for 3 seconds. The led lighting system will start to blink
continuously during the recording of the video.
• Your photos and videos will be stored on the Micro SD card. To finish the video recording press the camera button.
The lighting system will stop flashing.
• Carefully remove the Micro SD card from the camera.
• Use a suitable Card Reader and insert the Micro SD card in the device. Please make sure that you insert the SD
card correctly to avoid possible damage to both components.
• Open "My PC / Devices" and you will see that a new storage device has been recognized.
• Open the device and you will see one folder for videos and another folder for photos. The photos will be saved in
JPG format and the videos as AVI files. If your computer is unable to open or play these standard formats, you will
have to convert the files or download alternative software.

13. Maintenance and cleaning

• Clean the quadrocopter with a clean, soft cloth.
• Do not immerse the quadrocopter in water, or the electrical parts will damaged.
• Check the component parts of the quadrocopter regularly, such as rotor blades, the chassis, motors, etc. If any of
them is damaged or worn, please do not use it again until it has been repaired.
• Carry out an automatic trim and reset fairly often.
• Depending on the quadrocopter model you have purchased, if it has gears, we recommend that you lubricate them
with a silicon-based lubricant fairly regularly. In this way you will extend the useful life of the gears.
• Check the quadrocopter's battery charge regularly. If you are not going to use the quadrocopter for a while, ensure
that the flight battery is charged. Never store the flight battery after it is discharged.
