d) Binding the Transmitter with Quadrocopter

The transmitter uses a 2.4 GHz transmission frequency and achieves a transmission range of up to approx. 35 metres,
depending on the environment and ambient conditions.
• Connect your quadrocopter's battery, having first checked that it is correctly charged.
• Place your quadrocopter on a flat surface.
• Turn the transmitter left control stick (6) downwards.
• Turn on the transmitter. Set the ON/OFF switch (9) to position ON.
• Very slowly, move the left control stick to its upper limit and then move it down slowly.
If you have followed these steps correctly, at the moment when the left control stick returns to its starting
position in the lower section, you will see how the LED light stop flashing that tells you that the transmitter
and quadrocopter are now synched.

10. First flight

Your quadrocopter's flight time may vary depending on a range of factors:
• The battery charge level.
• The speed at which you fly your aircraft.
• The wind speed to which the aircraft is subjected.
• Whether it is fitted with a camera or not.
As a general rule, with the original configuration of the aircraft and with the battery fully charged, you can expect a
continuous hovering flight time of 6-9 minutes, which may increase or decrease depending on the factors mentioned
above.
When the flight battery is low the red and green LEDs keep on flashing rapidly. Return the quadrocopter immediately
and recharge the flight battery after a 5 to 10 minute cooling-off period.
The quadrocopter is a powerful machine. You must move the left joystick slowly (the accelerator joystick)
to ensure that it does not climb rapidly and cause a collision.
Low-voltage protection: the quadrocopter is equipped with a system whereby the control system will cut the
power supply to the rotors, when the quadrocopter battery level is low. In this case, the battery will have to
be recharged to resume flying.
