TO INSTALL/REMOVE BATTERY
PACK (Fig. 2 & 3)
NOTE:
Fully charge the battery pack
before first use.
To Install Battery Pack (Fig. 2)
 Align the ribs of the battery pack
with the battery-mounting slots on
the hedge trimmer.
 Slide the battery pack in until it snaps into position.
NOTE:
Make sure that the latch on the hedge trimmer snaps into place and the
battery pack is secured to the tool before beginning operation.
To Remove Battery Pack (Fig. 3)
WARNING:
the location of your feet, children, and
pets when pressing the battery-release
button. Serious injury could result if the
battery pack falls. NEVER remove the
battery pack at a high location.
 Press the battery-release button; the
battery pack will disengage from the
latch.
 Grasp the battery pack and remove it from the hedge trimmer.
