Troubleshooting

Problem
No power
Screen freezes
Characters in display are
incorrect
Unable to insert memory
card or USB device.
The unit cannot
recognize the memory
device inserted.
A memory card or USB
device is inserted in the
frame, but it is not able to
read the card or USB
device.
Cause/Solution
The power connector is not completely inserted into the
DC IN Jack.
The unit may have malfunctioned. Switch it off and wait
a few minutes before turning it on again.
Make sure that you have selected the correct
language.
Memory card or USB device is not inserted correctly;
insert the card in the opposite side.
1. Memory card or USB device is not inserted correctly.
2. The memory device may be damaged. Try a different
card/device.
3. Make sure that you are using a memory card type that
is compatible (SD/MMC).
4. It is slow to read the large capacity memory device; wait
for a moment.
5. USB drive is formatted with an incompatible file system.
Make sure drive is formatted as FAT32.
NOTE: Not all USB devices or memory cards are
recognized by this digital photo frame.
1. Make sure you are using a memory card or USB
device that is compatible.
2. Make sure that the memory card or USB device is
inserted completely.
3. The memory card or USB device is damaged.
