    TORQUE WRENCH REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  Failure to follow WARNING instructions can cause personal injury to the operator.  Failure to follow CAUTION instructions can cause the equipment to fail or break in use. Always wear Safety Glasses or goggles when using or repairing hand tools. Read this manual com pletely before repairing torque wrenches.
  • Page 4 Phillip Screws x7 Make sure the instrument is set to its lowest setting (300 ft-lbs). Remove all seven Phillip screws from cover-plate. Gently pry the cover off using a flat head screwdriver.
  • Page 5 DRIVE Primary Arm Access Hole Primary Arm Hex Nut , (Retains Pin Roller Primary Arm) Pin Roller Primary Arm Secondary Arm Access Hole Remove the Primary Arm Hex Nut with a ½” socket. If the 60% and 100% CW test value (1 200 - 2000 ft - lbs) is reading low , slightly move the Pin Roller Primary Arm towards the handle to raise the torque value , using the blade end of a flat head screwdriver in the Primary Arm Access Hole .
