TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING

Symptom
Unit is ON but there is no
heat.
Unit not hot enough.
Unit too hot.

Probable Cause
No power to the unit.
Switch is defective.
Faulty wiring.
Heating element(s) are defective.
Excessive air movement around unit.
Incorrect power supply (low).
Internal thermostat is set too low or is faulty.
Heating element(s) are defective.
Incorrect power supply (high).
Internal thermostat is set too high or is faulty.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Corrective Action
Check circuit breaker and reset as necessary. If power cord
connected, check for damage to cord. If power cord connected,
check electrical receptacle.
