MODEL DESCRIPTIONS All Models Glo-Ray Fry Holding Stations ensure fried foods will remain at ® optimum temperatures without cooking or drying them out. INSTALLATION General • On GRFHS-16, -PT16, -21, PTT21, -22, and -26 models, place the “ears” of the trivet against the front Glo-Ray Fry Holding Stations are shipped from the factory with ® and back of the unit. most components pre-assembled.
