5.2 - FUNCTIONING
5.2.a - Machine preparation and functioning (Fig 2)
• Lift the protection grid (1) and insert the right quantity
of ingredients in the container to prepare the dough
(2). The machine capacity is suited to prepare normal
doughs; approximately 65% of flour and 35% of water.
In the event you need the dough to be thicker, capacity
shall be reduced.
• Lower the protection grid (1) and energize by operating
the cutout switch placed at the machine upper side.
• Turn the time knob (3) towards "

get a timed functioning by positioning the knob on the
wished time.
• In case of machines being equipped with two speeds,
the kneading process shall be started with the second

the second speed when the dough is well-mixed.
