4.1 - TYPE OF USE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

IMPORTANT
FX,RB and RVE kneading machines are professional
machines being suitable for pizza restaurants and
handicraft/industrial pizza dough productions.
The ingredients to prepare the pizza dough shall be
inserted in the machine;
The machine should be used for this purpose only;

any other use will release the manufacturer from all
responsibilities for accidents to persons or
properties and will cancel all guarantee rights.
4.2 - SAFETY PLATES (Fig. 1)
The warning plates with explanatory symbols are to be
found in all those areas that may be dangerous for
operators or engineers.
DANGER
Anyone preparing to work on the machine should
protect the warning plates with the safety
instructions. The non compliance with the
instructions mentioned on the safety plates will
release the manufacturer from all responsibilities for
damages or injuries to persons or properties that
may arise.
Danger: machine under voltage
• Do not work with the machine under voltage.
Dangerous for hands
• Do not insert your hands in the machine, when it is
functioning.
