Possible causes/Action
Check the connection between the
sound source and the headphones.
Check the settings on your sound
source.
Check the balance settings on your
sound source.
Make sure that the TRS connector|7 is
fully inserted into the socket of the
sound source, or that any second set
of headphones used is properly
plugged in.
Make sure that the plug is fully inserted
into the socket|4.
Check the settings on the second set
of headphones.
