9.2 Power-on Failure

The following three conditions must be met to power the PRO on:

Connect the DC adapter to the power-on circuits.

Press and hold the Power button for two seconds with the battery in place.
Connect the 5 V DC regulated power supply to the DC power interface with the battery
in place. The device is powered on, and charging begins.
Connect the 5 V DC regulated power supply to the DC power interface with the battery
not in place. The device is powered on and starts to run.
