SETTING UP FOR OPERATION
Be sure to press this button when all wiring is completed. Following the instructions of
the "FXD-C200" in the "HOW TO HANDLE THE CD MAGAZINE" section, load the
desired number (up to 10) of compact discs into the CD magazine and insert the maga-
zine into the changer.
The CD changer automatically starts loading and checks whether the disc is loaded or
not. It stops in the pause status at the 1 st piece of music of the 1 st disc after finishing
the check.
Wiring-Using FM Modulator
Turn on the car stereo and select FM band operation. Tune the radio to either 89.1 or
88.7 MHz. (depending on frequency to which the installer has set the unit) or push the
pre-set memory button that has been set as per the above description.
If using the SDK(ARI) unit, press off button the SDK(ARI) function on the radio.
Wiring-Using Ground Isolator
Turn on the car radio, and select the line input mode.
Turn on the changer by pressing the Play/Pause button 0 on the commander. The
LCD panel on the commander will illuminate and play of first disc will begin. Adjust vol-
ume, balance and tone to your taste by using the controls on the car stereo.
When the last track of a disc is finished, play will automatically continue from the first
track of the next disc. When the last track of the last disc in the CD magazine is fin-
ished, play will automatically continue from the first track of the first disc in the maga-
zine.

If two disc changers are installed, use this button to select the desired changer.
Note:
This button must not be pressed if the number of CD changers is 1.

about 1 O-20 seconds to check whether there is a 2nd CD changer or not.
