TROUBLESHOOTING AND TIPS

PROBLEM
Dough is not dispensing.
Donut does not flip.
CLEANING
1.
Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
2.
Allow 1 hour for the oil to cool. Turn the oil box switch (4) to the vertical position to
allow the oil to drain.
3.
When the oil has completely drained, remove (by pulling out) the drainage bin pan
from the unit. Pour the used oil and dough particles into a can and dispose of in a
safe manner. Wash in hot soapy water, rinse well and towel dry.
4.
Use a clean and dry paper towel to wipe out the oil residue remaining in the oil pan.
5.
Unlatch and rotate the motor dispenser head counter clockwise. Remove the
dough hopper. Empty any remaining dough and wash the hopper with hot soapy
water. Rinse well and dry with clean dry towel or cloth.
6.
The dough hopper, bin drainage pan, donut slide, collector bowl and drainage rack
can all be submerged in hot, soapy water to clean. Dry with a clean cloth or towel.
7.
While the bin drainage pan is out of your unit, you can hold and tilt the DOUGH-NU-
MATIC Automated DONUT MAKER™ over the trash receptacle to empty and clean
out the remaining dough particles that have fallen inside the bottom of the unit.
8.
Wipe the exterior clean using a damp cloth or sponge and dry with a clean cloth or
towel.
CLEANING TIP
Using pre-moistened towels or put vinegar on your cloth when cleaning
the exterior and bottom of your unit will cut the oil residue that can collect on the surface.
