3. Scroll to the field that you would like to set, then press the
key to scroll through your options. Release the
SPACE
key once you have set the option to your preference.
4. Once you have finished editing the fields, click to view the
menu. Scroll to Save Options and click.
You return to the Calendar screen.

Switching views

You can view your appointments in either Month, Week, Day, or
Agenda view. The default is Day view, but you can change the view
at any time.
To switch calendar views
1. In the Home screen, scroll to the CALENDAR icon and click.
The Calendar screen appears.
