WARNING! Pressure test equipment 999 6662
should be checked before use. Always follow
the safety precautions.

Connect the pressure test equipment to the pres-
surized air network and set the pressure gauge to
100 kPa (1 kp/cm 2 ) with the relief valve.
NOTE! The relief valve knob can be locked with an
axially moved lock ring.

Then close the shut-off valve. To ensure that the
pressure test equipment is reliable the pressure read-
ing on the pressure gauge must not sink for 2 min-
utes.

Install the air terminal plate 999 6532 with four M8
screws and sealing plates 885 274 and 885 243 with
M10 nuts and appropriate spacer sleeves or cylinder
head screws.

Check that the knob on the pressure test equipment
relief valve is unscrewed.

Connect the hose from the pressure test equipment
to the air terminal plate.

Lower the cylinder head into 70 degree water bath
and open the cock.
